Having left behind his role as design thinking expert in an internationally renowned management consultancy, Lukas now wholly focusses on human-centered consulting by conducting digital transformation as a cultural change.

First of all he is human and a hollistic solution developer, thinking about systems and dependencies of different kinds for his clients. As a teacher at the university of applied sciences he fosters capabilitys of his students. He has 20 years of experience as a selfimployed consultant for clients of from enterprise to small business. His clients like his analytic clarity of thought, his team spirit, experience and his feeling for the situation.
Being a sociologist, Alina is familiar with the peculiarities of human behavior. Ever since her transformation into a Design Thinker at the the Hasso-Plattner-Institute in the year 2011, she works as a freelancer. As a passionate economic sociologist, she devotes herself to topics like leadership, marketing, and the optimization of business models. Her enthusiasm for the fascinating and special demands of customers serves as her motivation to think outside the box and to implement newly developed ideas.
